Tasks (excerpt):
 
Initiate a Change in Communication
Consultancy about the development of an effective communication strategy (target groups, contents, media)
Involvement in the communication of new contents, processes,
procedures etc.
Preparation and moderation of change workshops, kick-off meetings, employees meetings etc.
   
Special Tasks during Change Process
Give new impetus for the design / forming of new processes, structures and procedures
Consultancy about the departmental / individual questions / problems during change process for teams, employees and executives
Impart development principles, experiences and methods
If need be, integration of specialists (coaches, trainers etc.) to solve specific problems
